Price fixing and constant issues with products

I have had non stop issues the past 2 weeks. I ordered a Scotty & co bag and wallet. The bag is nice but the wallet had issues. It was advertised to have window card holders but the one I received didn't have that. On top of that the card holders were so small I couldn't even force my cards to fit in there. I returned it but still waiting for my credit. They **** and said it is because it is hand made but then confirmed that all the wallets have the exact same issue. Sounds more like a machine made it. A day or so later I ordered 2 Scotty and Co bags but they, again, had issues. The entire range of the one design was damaged so I only received the one bag. I am still waiting for my refund. I got that bag yesterday and I hate it. It feels so cheap. The inside looks like it will rip easily. The front pocket doesn't close so it isn't safe to use. The best part of all these issues are the price fixing they did. I took a screenshot of 2 items in my cart. Last night they had an extra 30% off sale. They upped the price of both those items. So much that the after sale total was more than the previously listed price. Sale my ass. I have screenshot of both.
