poor service, wont last

ordered shoes for a gift 5 days ago. order was processed and money was paid. after 5 days received an email stating that:

Just thought we would share in an update on your latest order with us 😊 An item on your order took a detour and we have removed it off the order for you.

Truly hopeless level of service.
