Poor quality mechandise

I bought a pair of Reebok sneakers. after wearing them less than 10 times, the shoes had holes. I sent pictures of the sneakers to my runway, and I was told it is normal wear and tear. I have never had sneakers that cost R1 000, develop holes so quickly in my life. I expressed my concern and was told nothing could be done to help me, I then deactivated my account.
