Pleasantly surprised

I cannot thank and praise Calandra enough-from the moment I phoned to enquire about my order, she was not only helpful, but went the extra mile. Due to damage at the warehouse, my order was cancelled. I needed court shoes urgently and phoned with an alternative shoe in mind. Calandra sorted out EVERYTHING from the transferral of money (refund and new payment), to putting in a new order and making sure it is delivered on time. From a very sceptical customer, to a pleasantly surprised one! Thank you for still demonstrating that a customer’s needs come first!
