PATHETIC SERVICE

I'm SO disappointed with the service from Myrunway..Such a pathetic service...I work obnormal shifts and I work on scheduled days...When I placed an order from myrunway...I was still on scheduled shifts...So I decided to use The work address as the delivery address...BUT when the delivery date was confirmed...I realized that I will be off and won't be at work so I quickly changed the address to my home address...AND I EVEN sent an email to notify them that I will be off work for 4days and that the item should be delivered at my home address...TODAY...I called and spoke to Kira...Who after I had told her that I will be home and the delivery will STILL be made to my work address...she asked me to call the courier company and advice...BUT I refused to do that because I had made contact with myrunway but I NEVER rece8ved any response back from them...She then said she will send me an email so that I could send my home address...Which I had done...Though a bit late due to loadshedding..So the network was bad...

So I decided to check the status of the delivery...ONLY to find out that it had been delivered...NO NOTIFOCATION...NOR COMMUNICATION for myrunway...And when I decided to request for a return...options are even PATHETIC...if the courier has to collect the parcel..I will be liable for a R60 delivery...

I'm SO ANGRY..SO disappointed with the service...ITS SO PATHETIC...
