Pathetic Service

Easily have over 20 different orders with myrunway, but I will never use again after this experience! Been dealing with incompetence for over a week!! A day or two after receiving my parcel (13 items) I contacted myrunway to inform them that the size kids 13 sandals I ordered had one size 11 and one size 13. Unfortunately, it was assigned to some Roxanne to "resolve". My initial email stated clearly what the issue was, still Roxanne requested a picture as proof. This is still with reason, so I comp****. After providing the photographic evidence this Roxanne still asks me what did I receive in my order, as if my initial complaint/mail did not clearly state the issue. She was asking me about other items in the order. Any person with sense would mention all the problematic items in an order if there were more than just 1/13. Not Roxanne! And all this took three days, still no resolution. After a whole week I HAD TO CONTACT ROXANNNE, as I had not heard from her after her incompetence started showing. I demanded my refund as I refuse to be disrespected any further....still she could not even do that. I refuse to deal with that individual again!
