Paid for 2 belts. Received 1. MyRunway not taking responsibility

Shocking service. Never had a problem before - but will never be ordering again. Paid for 2 belts. Received ONE. Had to send pics of package etc. Did so. 2 days later I receive CCTV footage from them showing a man packing TWO belts into a flyer bag. Nothing more said to me. Basically - I must be lying because they packed two. Absolute nonsense. I received only ONE. They are not taking any responsibility. Shocking!!
