ORDER THAT I DIDN'T RECEIVE

I placed an order on the 3th of July 2024 and was promised it would be delivered 1-3 working days to find out that when I called in DPD LASERS which is the courier assigned to deliver my parcel I was told that it will be delivered on the 17th of July 2024. So I decided to contact MYRUNWAY and I spoke to the Consultant who promised to get back to me and didn't. This is the second time I had a bad experience with this company I think this will be my last, their affordable but have the worst customer service ever.
