Order Payment made & Marked as Delivered but Never Received

Absolutely terrible experience with MyRunway. I placed an order, paid in full, and then received notifications saying my parcel was delivered — except I never received anything.

No package, no handover, nothing.

I’ve now had to ask for proof of delivery and find out who supposedly signed for my order because it certainly was not me. It is extremely frustrating to pay for something and receive absolutely nothing in return.

At this point, it feels like my money was simply taken without the service being fulfilled. I expected far better communication and accountability from a company of this size.

I hope this gets resolved urgently, but based on my experience so far, I would not recommend ordering from them.
