Order paid for but cancelled,sent emails but no help whatsoever.

I made an order on Thursday and sent proof of payment. But my order was cancelled. I called Friday morning and they said that they did receive pop but waiting for finance to clear the funds. Since then nothing has been said. R1130 gone just like that. No one willing to do follow ups. Are you a ****? That order is a gift for a birthday this coming Friday and at this rate ,the recipient won't get their gift. Please process and deliver my order asap or return my money. Otherwise I will contact the consumer ombudsman.
