I bought this item on Saturday, the 25th of April, and I am still waiting for delivery. I have contacted the service provider, and still no reply. Just once again, horrible service.

07 May 2026, 09:19Good morning, It's now officially been 9 days since I bought this item, and I still haven't received anything. So I suppose it is just fair to think this is all a ****, and I have actually been ******. Would have gone to the police about it, but obviously, they have their hands busy. I must say, I am happy it cost me less than R700.
I am obviously deeply disappointed about this, but I think being disappointed is only effective if the other party gives a damn, and obviously, you guys don't. Your low prices always surprised me, but now I see why they are so low, because it is all just horrible service.
I am actually surprised at myself for even bothering to send you guys this, as you have made it clear that you don't care about replying or acknowledging any communication from your clients.
At Kim W, you really tried, but you just work for a horrible company that doesn't care.
