Order not received

Placed myborder on the 23rd November still now i haven't received. I called the delivery company to collect myself, but they never came back to confirm collection address nor send a message..its been 2 weels and im already tired. Ive sent an email to ask them to send tje package age to my address as the collection option is failing,still nothing
