Order never arrived

My sister ordered a pair of training shoes from Runway on 22/06/2025. A week later, she received an email saying the parcel was dispatched. However, up until today—over a month later, she has still not received her order.

She has tried contacting Runway multiple times, but has gotten no helpful response and no solution. The lack of communication, updates, or even a clear way forward is extremely disappointing.

This level of customer service is completely unprofessional. Its like a ****. If they cant do or account to a simple task like this, it's hard to trust them again.
