Online shopping not for me

My first time and last time ordering. Received my order very promptly should I mentioned only to get the wrong item and size of tekkie from 8, I was issued with 6. I've been trying to return the order since05/12/2023. Every time I send an email my return is scheduled for the next day without any success do I have to look at my money lying on my cofee table.
