One pair of shoes, 2 different size 😔

Initially when I bought it was great. My order arrived on Thursday. I tried the shoes on as soon as I got them - One size bigger than the other. Like how does one make this mistake. Under staffed??? Or what?? So I did the return on app and get charged R69 How and why its not my error. I am still waiting since Friday for courier to collect the shoes.

Such a pity! This has been going so smoothly until now.
