NOT SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE AND THEIR STORY

ORDER NUMBER ***...I still do not believe that I did not receive my order that was placed on 2/12/2023, why? Because I received a message on the 13/12/2023 notifying that my order is out for delivery, courier did not pitch that day, the next day I received another message on 14/12/2023 notifying again that the order is out for delivery but still courier did not came, it was weird to me and it was my 1st time situation from Runway. I thought was going to receive a message that telling what was going on with my order, but nothing. I sent an email complaining, no response received regarding my email that was weird too. Few days after I called to ask the whereabouts of my order, when I was about to give a order number to the lady who answered my call she said she knows my order and even name the items that were in my order, that was weird again, she said the Courier had a breakdown otherwise I my order is coming regardless , I asked her when, she said she doesn't know. I was not well about that. Since I always browse at their site, I happened to place two different orders, fews days after that I received a call from them, I suspect it was the same lady who said my order is coming, she said the Courier was hijacked so they will pay back my money to account. Im sorry I did not buy that story, I had feeling that it was a madeup story, something fishy happened to my order. I thought was going to receive a message or email that says the order has been closed, my money will paid back to my bank account, but nothing, still today have not received my money. This is not the Runwaysale I know who respond quickly and live you satisfied with any complaint, something strange that happened there. I do not want to lie, I'm so angry😡 as much as I love their site, I'm so angry😡😡😡, transparency lacked this time, that was selfish of them.
