Not refunded
I have requested a refund since from last week Tuesday.i received a confirmation email on the same day that my refund has been processed.been calling everyday to be told that I will be receiving the money before the end of the day,to date I have not received any money.my email are being ignored and even on Facebook they pretend to not see my texts.can my runaway just pay my money back

14 Sept 2026, 19:26Thank you to Kim from My runaway who made sure that she follows up on my query and explained that they had payment issues,though im not so pleased that some of the other agents did not let me know.Kim contacted me,made sure a payment was processed and I was finally refunded today.Thank you for the apology voucher as well,cant wait to shop
