Not Happy at All!!!
I still have not received my full refund and they sent me a video of them receiving only one pair and I had already emailed them the picture of the package carried by the driver. It showed it had two boxes by the size because I did not think they would do this to me. Worse they chose the more expensive pair of sneakers which were supposed to be for my other son. I'm so disheartened by their service.

07 Jan 2026, 11:08Investigation concluded, they found out that the driver received both boxes of sneakers and they have rep**** to say they are refunding me the rest of the money. Thanks to me for taking the picture when the driver left. It helped Myrunway conclude the investigation.

Please ensure when you do refund you take picture of the driver holding the package because I would have not received my refund had I not had proof.
