No delivery, Dishonesty

I received a text stating my parcel would be delivered 30/07/2022. I stayed home the whole day. I was not phoned and no one came to my house. I called my runaway sale this morning and they informed me they could not get hold of me which is a lie. We were 4 at home no one came to deliver and they cannot tell me at this stage when the parcel will be delivered. It is extremely unprofessional to inform you're going to deliver and not as I stayed home waiting for a deliver. RS***9
