Need my overdue paid order delivered

I am still waiting for a paid in December order I places with my runway that was supposed for to be delivered on the 1st of January 2024. I have spoken to consultants who have said they escalating my query to DSV courier for them to deliver at my requested delivery as my home they always can not deliver .

DSV and my runway can I llqase receive my purchases order. ***.

Today' I spoke to Chanel from My runway and no one has gotten back to me as promised.
