I AM HIGHLY DISAAPOINTED WITH THE TREATMENT I AM GETTING WITH MYRUNWAY SALES, I Brought shoes last week for my son, instead on delivering size 6, size 9 was delivered, sent the shop an email, it was acknowledge by Lisa, I was asked to sent the pics of the shoes which i did, It has been two weeks, am sending emails to the same email, Lisa, with no reply, so in this case, To whom can I reach out to, to resolve my issue , because Lisa is missing in action. WHAT KIND OF A TREATMENT IS THIS ??
