Myrunway worst customer service!!!

I will never buy anything from myrunway this company has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. The consultant who was supposed to assist me just gave me attitude over the phone because I complained about the parcel that was schedule for delivery and was not delivered. Anyone reading this pls save yourself the stress I have now don't order anything from them, until they properly train their consultants to communicate with clients.
