MYRUNWAY ROCKS!!!!

i bought a shirt on runway and it was too big, i registered my return and was unable to make it for the scheduled date of collection of the the item from runway. i wrote to them and Lisa who assited me was absolutely brilliant, she arranged in a space of 30min for my item to be collected the following day and she was in contact with me until the collection was confirmed. VERY VERY WELL DONE MYRUNWAY, I AM IMPRESSED WITH YOUR SERVICE. i buy from MyRunway on a regular basis.
