MyRunway returns process

I would like to share my recent purchase experience with Carla from MyRunway. I placed an order for two sweaters over the Christmas period, and an incorrect item size was delivered. After the item was returned for the correct size initially ordered, there was a notable sizing difference from the other sweater of the same size. I then contacted Carla again to inform her of the issue. She proceeded to arrange for this to be rectified with clear eagerness and willingness to ensure a pleasant overall customer experience.
