MyRunway Refund never received.

I bought a Fossil watch on sale at R3k from price of R6k. Within a week the watch stopped. I communicated with them and they said may be the battery. Checked that it work for under a week and stopped. Reported, sent it back. It was brought back citing it's fixed again it only worked for a short while & stopped. I communicated with them and they said I must return it and refund processed. Over 4months later still no refund no answers on my email from Runnway.

Extremely disappointed with Runnway. I will never buy from them ever again
