MyRunway poor service

I placed an order with MyRunway on 14 December. I have not yet received the parcel despite their communication, dated 19 December, confirming that it was dispatched from their local depot to me on that day. Contrary to my positive experience with the other e-commercial businesses that normally deliver within two business days, MyRunway failed to meet it's own low standard of delivering within five business days. I am experiencing this substandard service with them for the first time ever, which poor service negatively affected my vacation plan.
