MyRunway or rather not

I have been buying from MyRunway (Runwaysale) for as long as I can remember and have been quite happy with my orders. However, since April this year they have messed up on 2 of my orders. No. 1 ordered shoes for my grandson and received the message order is on the way only to be informed later that sorry, the warehouse made a mistake and the shoes were not on the way (not the first time I have ordered and paid for items only to be advised later that warehouse made a mistake and they did not have the item(s). Same order, slippers ordered size 4 youth only to receive slippers for toddler. No. 2 not even 2 months later ordered a shampoo and conditioner only to receive 2 shampoos. You are made to feel like a ******** and a ***** when reporting an issue as you need to log a return and only when the warehouse receives the return will they send you the correct product (if they still have it). Why not do an outright exchange when they collect the incorrect product? Have also on occasion found that the price they show as the original price is drastically overinflated at times, sometimes by up to 4 x what other websites show. Myrunway does have some bargains at times but the mistakes being made of late is making me think twice about buying from them.
