MyRunway is thee best🫶

All of my experiences with MyRunway have been very pleasant, but my latest experience with them deserves a 10 stars rating. I purchased a pair of canvas shoes and realized I had chosen a wrong a size too big.

I immediately submitted a "return request" even before my item was couriered. I then realized that I didn't change my address and the couriers came to pick up my return, which was not even dispatched from the warehouse. I wrote them an email and they promptly responded, rescheduled the collection date and updated my address for me😊😊😊 what's even more pleasing, they promised they will not charge me the collection fee.

Big up to MyRunway.... Their promotions and discounts are even more pleasing. You get a lot for less.
