MyRunway hasn't refunded me for returned goods

Terrible experience, I returned to items that weren't a good fit, but only received a refund for 1 of the items. I queried this and was told only 1 item was received and that they would enquire with the courier company. I followed up, but I've heard nothing back. At the end of the day I want my money back, I shouldn't be disadvantaged for their failings as a company.
