MyRunway app. Great service

I would love to take the opportunity to specifically thank Lisa from the MyRunway support team.

I initially received the wrong sneaker size from the order I made on their app. Upon booking a return, I realised that I was going to be charged a fee for the courier. I got in contact with the team to query why this is the case.

Lisa was super quick on her responses. She ensured that I wasn't charged for the return. She also made sure that she contacted the warehouse team on my behalf and checked that they had the correct size. She logged the swap out for me and made sure it was delivered in record time.

I'm so chuffed with the service received. I'll definitely continue making use of the app.

Kudos to Lisa. I hope someone at MyRunway gets to see this review and that she is somehow acknowledged.
