MyRunway and DPD Laser

Im so disappointed that MyRunway is still using DPD lasers for deliveries and returns.I logged a return with MyRunway,DPD laser kept giving me the run around on collecting my return.After calling them numerous times, they asked me to log a new return.I refused and asked to talk to the manager,30 mins later a driver miraculously arrived to collect my return.

Why did it have to take so long to collect my return?!?Ive been shopping on MyRunway for years and this is disgraceful!

Find a new delivery company!
