My runway poor quality shoes

I am shocked how this company can sell and deliver poor quality shoes to its customers. I placed an order and received the order within a week. These are basically Pierre Cardin brand knockoffs. The shoe size is bigger than average, and the shoes is half peeled from the sole, the leather is plastic and wrinkled. I have requested a refund, however I will have to pay for the courier costs for their poor quality shoes.
