My Runway online is a dissapointment

Had a very unpleasant encounter with the my runway app, bought a couple of things online one of the things came with a security tag, I communicated with an agent she helped with the return (took forever) so I returned 2 items one was for the security tag to be removed and the other one was only for a size change, when they eventually returned my parcel, the only returned the one that had the security, the other item was not returned and they didn't even bother to communicate with me and let me know the reason.

I got refunded R19 I don't know what's that for because the item was worth more than that, mind you I didn't ask for a refund I only wanted an exchange.
