My runway impressive customer resolution skills

I had issue where i did not recieve my parcel. It was quite Annoying however the my runway contact center did great to refund my funds , gave me free credit and locate a few items from my order. I would like to thank Kim .W and her team for they support and turning a negative expreinece into a postive one .Many thanks.
