My Runway courier not reliable

You can buy from my Runway, but don’t bank on making a return as your parcel will never get picked up by their courier, Dawnwing. I’ve requested for my parcel to be collected, on Wednesday the 29th of November. Till today, my parcel hasn’t been collected, I’ve made numerous calls to the courier company itself and they keep promising that they will arrange for it to be collected. Every morning I receive an SMS saying they’ve failed to collect. If you buy from my Runway, pray that you are happy with the item or it fits correctly, otherwise, don’t bother buying from them.
