My run way is giving me the run for my money. Disgusting

I would like to report this business. Thursday/Friday I have ordered goods payment was made. Finance neglected to allocate payment. I have been back and fourth with several call center agents but have been fro. Pillar to post. When checking my tracking number today it said they collected the parcel but then when I checked today it showed that the parcel could not be collected. I told the sales agent or call center agent and she promised me that she escalated the matter to management and it was marked as urgent and overnight. I have been the one reaching out to then payment was made I require the shoes for a wedding I was promised I will receive my parcel today or tomorrow. Only to see that the parcel was never collected. Please be careful of ordering from this business and they fail to deliver. Note this was my very first time using them and I am so disgusted at their service they deliver.
