MY RETURN

I've experienced the worst customer service from MyRunway.i bought shoes on the the 31st of dec 2025...the shoes arrived on the 6th of jan 2026 i immediately app**** for a return the very same day as for the shoes were small they really collected the shoes on the 7th and told me that I would get my refund within the next 3 to 5 working hours till this date I haven't gotten my refund,whenever I call the office number there is no call the moment I send them an email telling them I'm going to write a bad experience review with them they immediately emailed me back asking for my account details....if I didn't say that to them when would they have asked for my account details?because the app said they refund the money back into the account you PURCHASED from..I've never experienced such a long wait with a refund from BASH and all the other stores...nonetheless their delivery service is great
