My error.... Their ABSOLUTE BRILLIANCE

I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Roxanne and Kira both via e-mail and telephonically. Despite having created the error on my own by ordering the incorrect sizes, I was gracefully and patently assisted by Roxanne telephonically to rectify the issue despite me being in the wrong she did not hesitate to assist and was kind enough to follow up.

When my package arrived, in record I might add, sadly the sizes were incorrect much to my dismay but this was quickly rectified by another wonderful woman Kira who quickly and efficiently made the arrangements to have the sizes corrected and aided me in reordering said items much to my satisfaction and went to extra lengths to contact Roxanne to follow up.

Before I had reached my car which was less than 3minutes I had received my details for delivery as well as an apology for something I had erroneously done.

IF THAT IS NOT ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS I DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS!!!!
