Missing Refund
Returned items bought from them, I have been chasing them for my refund which should have been processed 3-5 days after receiving the Returned goods. I am extremely frustrated.

03 Dec 2025, 12:11I am happy to report that I have received a call from my Runway and they offered an apology for the delay in processing the refund. They promised to process it and I have just received the refund on my Payflex account. I am chuffed! It's good to know that they value us as their customers.
