M realy ****ed off with My runway team

I am very dissapointed with these guys. I bought a puma jacket only to find it was tone upon arrival. I logged a return with them as I wanted a repalcement for the same item. When they received my return they told me you wont be able to get an exchange but rather a store credit. Ok cool ; since I wanted the jacket , I just used the credit to purchase the same item but I had to top up as they had charged me R69 courier fee to pick up. My shock came when I see they returned me the same tone jacket which I had phoned them and send them images the same day when the item was delivered. Lets say they claiming I had tone it; why did they not refuse a refund. If I was to use the store credit to buy a diff item what were they gona do. I am realy ****ed off with these guys. I mean a whole R1600 for a tone item. At this point I would not take the item anymore but rather my money cause this is so uncool.
