Kira my runway

I places an order for 2 items ... I paid the amount .. 2 days later I get a message that 1 item is not available and they want to swop it for another colour and design ... I mean why do they take your money if the item is not available? They gave me a refund and. I placed another order for something that I liked .. I had to pay shipping costs again .. that is ridiculous.. the least they could of dine is send a coupon to cover the shipping costs of the second item ... order number ***
