Intentional wrong sizes sent

I I ordered a UK or SA size 8 shoe and they sent me a Chinese 41, which is a Uk size 6. Now I have to send it back and pay R60 for it to be picked up. Why must I pay for this? No size, tell me you don’t have it and refund me? I can’t trust your service anymore and won’t want my friends or family to be ********** their R60 the same way.

I also ordered from them before this order I am writing about. They kept extending my delivery date. Eventually,they apologised, said they were moving or something, then pretended to give me a code for two free orders in the next two weeks. Guess what? It was ****. I was charged the R60 delivery fee.

The same order where they promised me free delivery includes them sending me a size 6 shoe, instead of the ordered size 8. Now I must pay another R60 for them to pick the size 41 from me, the same 41 with which they promise a false free delivery? I am so disappointed.
