I made an order recently and one of items ( shoes) was damaged,I was disappointed and decided to let it go,however,since I am a regular customer at myrunway,I later decided to raise the issue with them.My quiry was handled by Kira who gave me a prompt and excellent service .Her quick response and efficient handling of the issue exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate her efforts. I would like to thank her ( Kira) again for going above and beyond.
