I am SUPER HURT!

As a 1st time buyer I am beyond angry I am hurt. Ordered my sons xmas presents on the 28th and to date my shoes have not been delivered. I am being taken from pillar to post. I even offered to collect these shoes as my family was leaving on Tuesday and I a. Still in joburg waiting for an order I don't know when it's coming. I am soooooooo hurt because I can't even ask for a refund to buy these sneakers somewhere else because my refund take 4 weeks to get to me 😭😭😭😭😭😭
