Horrible service am never buying from them.

Very bad service. I ordered a few Items. And I received the good , When I tried to return one Item from my order, the return tab on the app kept on saying no items to return and When I called no one answers the phone. I decided to send an email no one responded on my first email. Consultant called Natasha only responded on my second email request the details of the Item. Which I provide. Then she disappeared. I have sent a follow-up email, but still nothing is happening. Everything and everyone is useless.
