Horrible service

I placed an order on December 22, 2025, which was dispatched the following day. The package has remained in transit ever since. I attempted to contact your center by phone but received no response, so I followed up via email to inquire about the status. You informed me that the package was lost in transit and that you no longer have stock of the item. I rep**** outlining my preferred refund method, but I have not heard back from you since. This level of service is unacceptable.
