Horrible return process.

I'm extremely disappointed with the return process. Despite scheduling a return weeks ago, the parcel remains uncollected. I consistently receive messages stating that collection is scheduled for the next day, but no one shows up.

When I call to inquire, I'm told that the issue has been escalated, yet nothing changes. The lack of follow-through and communication is unacceptable. If possible, I would give them a zero rating. Extremely frustrating experience!
