Horrible experience.

My return has not been collected. Every time I call them they say collection was not successful. I haven't had any contact (or attempted contact) from the courier company. I was home last week Friday and I'm home today. I called them today to find out if the courier guy is coming, because I'm home the whole day waiting. they say on the system it says I was not available. No one has called I checked with Security & no one came.
