Horrible customer service. I'm actually disgusted

Order number *** returned as it was too small, it was collected on the 18th December 2025, until today it still says awaiting collection. 22nd December after sending an email. Quited: Ilse (MyRunway)

I tracked the return request and I can see the parcel is on it's way to our warehouse. Once your return has been scanned in and refunded as per your preferred refund method, the status will change to "Closed."
