Horrible customer service and communication

Your communication is utterly ridiculous and nonexistent, I had to be the one who Queried about my delayed order,only then that I got notified that you are moving to new premises hence the delay. Your service is **********. Just send my orders then we are done. First order was made on the 28th of July still not received and the second one on the 30th.
